People from all over the world have been wearing lipstick since the 13th century. In ancient Egypt it was made from crushed beetles, shiny fish scales, and berries.
Today there are so many different colors of lipstick which can be used to show off different moods or to match your wardrobe. People wearing lipstick are seen as attractive and confident which seems appropriate since wearing it makes the wearer feel better about themselves.
